We understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Advance Notice : Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Same-Day Cancellations : Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
No-Show Policy : Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Multiple Cancellations : Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments without adequate notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
We strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our services. However, we have established the following refund policy:
Advance Booking Fee : An advance booking amount of Rs. 499/- is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client.
Service Issues : If there are any issues with the services provided that are attributable to us, a full refund will be offered. Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to report any issues.
No Refunds for Customer Cancellations : Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation is made by the customer, except as noted above for service issues.
Service Modifications : Any additions or changes to services after the technician's arrival must be discussed with management. Minor service changes may be accommodated if possible, but refunds will not be provided for removed services.
Parking Availability : Customers must confirm parking availability at their premises and obtain any necessary permissions from their society. The size of our VAN is similar to that of an Innova.
Billing Requirements : The minimum billing amount for services must be Rs. 4999 or more. An exclusive offer allows an add-on person to be included to meet this amount.
Traffic Delays : Visit times may vary by 15-20 minutes due to traffic and environmental challenges.
Payment : Full payment for services rendered must be made upon completion of the service.
Policy Changes : We reserve the right to modify or amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for updates.
