Welcome to Lords Ladys Salon & Spa VAN! Before you proceed with booking our mobile beauty services, we kindly request you to review the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms outline the agreement between you, the customer, and Lords Ladys Salon & Spa VAN regarding the use of our services. By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Parking and Accessibility
- Parking Space Confirmation: Customers are required to confirm the availability of parking space at their premises.
- Permission for Parking: Customers must obtain permission for parking from their society.
- Van Size: The size of the VAN is similar to that of an Innova car.
Booking and Billing
- Minimum Billing Amount: The minimum billing amount for services rendered must be equal to or greater than Rs. 4999.
- Add-on Person Offer: An exclusive offer allows customers to accommodate an add-on person to meet the Rs. 4999 billing amount.
- Combination of Offers: No two offers can be combined.
- Advance Booking Amount: An advance booking amount of Rs. 499/- is required.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation by the customer. In the case of any issues arising from our end, a full refund will be offered.
Service and Schedule
- Arrival time: Arrival time may vary by 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, weather and environmental challenges.
- Service Changes: Any additions or removals of services post-arrival must be discussed with management. Minor service changes may be accommodated if possible.
- Booking Confirmation: Post-booking confirmation will be communicated with the concerned person via call.
- Location Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate location details for VAN parking.
Customer Responsibilities
- Damage Responsibility: Any damage caused to the VAN or equipment during the service will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Payment: Payment for services rendered must be made in full upon completion.
- Price Changes: Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
- Behavioral Conduct: The management reserves the right to refuse service to any customer deemed to be behaving inappropriately or causing disturbance.
Booking Changes and Availability
- Schedule Changes: Any changes to the booking schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Service Availability: Service availability is subject to VAN availability and scheduling constraints.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, service may be rescheduled at the discretion of the management.
Identification and Modifications
- ID Proof: Customers are required to provide a valid ID proof upon request.
- Modification of Terms: The management reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Agreement: By booking our services, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
